By creating an account on DenialAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

DenialAI provides software tools to help homeowners understand their insurance policy and respond to claim disputes. We do not act as your attorney, do not represent you to your insurer, and do not negotiate on your behalf. We are not a public adjuster.

No legal advice

Nothing in DenialAI is legal advice. Generated documents are templates you review and send yourself. For case-specific guidance, consult a licensed attorney.

Eligibility

DenialAI is offered for residential property claims governed by the laws of the state where the property is located. We do not support claims for properties outside the United States, commercial properties, or non-property insurance lines.

Subscriptions and per-claim purchases

Per-claim purchases unlock paid features for one claim for 12 months. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Both are billed by Stripe; cancel any time from Billing.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for AI-generated content already produced. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use DenialAI to defraud an insurer, file knowingly false claims, or otherwise violate state or federal law. Misuse will result in account termination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DenialAI is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for the outcome of any insurance claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the property is located, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles.
