Who we are

DenialAI is a consumer software product that helps homeowners understand their policy and respond to insurance disputes. We are not your attorney and we are not a public adjuster.

What we collect

  • Account info — your name, email, phone number, and your property address.
  • Claim documents — the policy, adjuster reports, denial letters, contractor estimates, photos, and audio you upload.
  • Generated content — extractions, gap analyses, and letter drafts we produce on your behalf.
  • Usage data — log lines, IP addresses for security, and audit-log entries for legally-relevant actions (uploads, letter generations, referrals).

How we protect it

  • All traffic is over TLS. PII fields are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in addition to disk-level encryption.
  • File uploads live in private object storage; we serve them only via short-lived signed URLs scoped to the owning user.
  • Database access is restricted by row-level security policies that enforce per-user isolation.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share contact info with attorneys or public adjusters only after you explicitly consent on a per-partner basis. The referral relationship is disclosed at consent time.

Your rights

You can export everything we have on you at any time from Settings → Your data, and you can request deletion which soft-deletes your profile and schedules permanent deletion of your data within 30 days.

State-specific

DenialAI complies with applicable state identity theft and data protection laws (Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 521). If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact info@denialai.pro.
